This is the 4th year in a row we have been able to offer this delightful lodging thanks to Camp Athlete Walter's Grandparents.

This condo has everything you want and more. Paradise is definitely found in this Non-Smoking, first floor condo only two short blocks off of "happening" Duval Street in Old Town Key West. Located in the upscale, gated community of Truman Annex and comes with one assigned parking space.

Paradise is yours for the asking whether it's enjoying a quiet evening sipping margaritas and dining alfresco on the large deck surrounded by a tropical garden - or spending a lively night on the town at a variety of restaurants, bars, theaters, and clubs, all just blocks from your front door!

There is a lot to see and do in historic Key West. Enjoy touring noted Key West attractions including the Hemingway House, Southernmost Point, Truman's Little White House and Mel Fisher's Treasure Museum. After a morning of sightseeing, go for a dip in the condo pool or take a ten minute walk and beach it at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, the best swimming beach in Key West.

End the day with a pleasant sunset sail on a catamaran docked at the nearby Hilton marina - or join the crowd for the not-to-be-missed sunset party that happens every evening at Mallory Square. Whatever you choose to do, save your money on a rental car - everything is just a walk or bike ride away!

Our fully-equipped, comfortably furnished condo is sure to meet your every need. It is a perfect "home away from home". • If no-one in house outbids the last bid you made (Not your MAX bid), you automatically WIN the item once the auctioneer deems it as sold.
• IF someone from the LIVE audience bids over your last bid entered, then the house will bid for you up to your MAXIMUM inputted bid. The Auctioneer determines the dollar amount of the bidding increments. You will receive a notification email or text informing you were the winning bidder or not by 11:00pm CST on July 15th.
