Item Description
Moi, or Pacific Threadfin, is the only species of threadfin found in Hawaiian waters. In traditional times, the Moi was only eaten by Hawaiian chiefs.
Gyotaku (pronounced Gee-oh-tah-koo, from gyo "fish" + taku "rubbing") was originally used by Japanese fishermen to document the size of their catch. Over time this technique evolved into an art practice.
