Lucid dreaming is when you’re conscious during a dream. This typically happens during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, the dream-stage of sleep.

During a lucid dream, you’re aware of your consciousness. It’s a form of metacognition, or awareness of your awareness. Often, lucid dreaming also lets you control what happens in your dream.

There, Melissa worked closely with homeowners and subcontractors from the planning phases and throughout construction, mainly on large oceanfront beach rental properties. Melissa also has experience in flooring sales as well as wholesale flooring distribution.

Melissa’s guiding principle is the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” and as a Realtor, she puts her clients' needs and priorities at the forefront. With her background in construction and interior design, Melissa brings an eye for design and especially loves guiding sellers with staging recommendations.
