*Even after park capacities are no longer limited by the impact of Covid-19 on park operations, there will be particular limits on the number of reservations available for this ticket type. To enter a theme park with this eTicket, both a park reservation for the particular theme park and day and this eTicket are required (except for Disneyland® Paris where one single reservation is valid for both
Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park). The same eTicket that was used to make the theme park reservation must be used for park entry. Theme park reservations and admission are not guaranteed.

*Disneyland® Paris Theme Park reservations for Complimentary Tickets are secured day of visit at a Guest Relations window. In exchange for this document, Guest Relations will provide a dated ticket for Disneyland® Paris theme parks valid for the same day.

*This eTicket is valid for one (1) day of admission during regular operating hours to the theme parks at one (1) of the following sites now through: Sep 21, 2023

*At Disneyland® Resort in California, show this eTicket on your mobile device, or present this printed eTicket at the park entrance; you will be provided with a ticket for same day re-entry with Park Hopper® privileges. Park Hopper® privileges are subject to restrictions.

*At Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, visit a Theme Park Ticket Window and show this eTicket on your mobile device, or present this printed eTicket; you will be provided with a ticket for same day re-entry with Park Hopper® privileges (but Park Hopper® privileges are unavailable or subject to limits and restrictions at the Walt Disney World® Resort).

*At Disneyland® Paris Resort in France, present this printed eTicket at the Guest Relations window; you will be provided with a ticket for entry with Park Hopper® privileges. Advance reservations not required. Following announcements from the French government, please note a health pass is required for guests aged 18 and older to visit Disneyland Paris (Disney Parks, Disney Hotels and Disney Village). This requirement will also apply to guests aged 12 to 17 from 30th September 2021. Please visit the Health and Safety page of the Disneyland Paris website (https://www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/health-safety-measures/) for: Information on what a health pass is. Details regarding the on-site testing center, managed by a third party and available for Guests who may require a test (PCR or antigen) upon arrival, or prior to their return home.

*At Shanghai Disneyland Park in Shanghai, show this eTicket on your mobile device, or present this printed eTicket at the park entrance; you will be provided with a ticket for same day re-entry.

*This eTicket is not valid for admission at Tokyo Disney Resort in Japan. This eTicket is not valid for admission to any Water Parks. Admission to any Disney theme park will be subject to the rules, entitlements and procedures applicable to the theme park in question, which is accessible to employees in the Complimentary Admission and Discount Policy located on DToolsHR.Disney.com. Complimentary admission opportunities to any Disney theme park may be extremely limited. Disney may elect to suspend, modify or cancel this eTicket due to park closures or attendance limitations.
