One month of Adult Functional Semi-Private Training - Resilient Strength and Conditioning
Must be a new client to Resilient or have not attended in the last 3 months from redemption date. Must be redeemed by September 1, 2022.
Adult Semi-Private Training at Resilient is designed to help you move better and feel healthier than ever before.
How?
Our expert coaches customize every aspect of your session, so whether you’re a former All American athlete or haven’t laced up your sneakers in a while, you’ll be challenged to your ability level.
Every session is led start to finish by a coach who begins with soft tissue work and movement quality with an emphasis on active stretching and muscle activation.
This is followed by a dynamic warmup, and then goes into a plyometric circuit that will build athleticism and explosive power.
Then we hit the weights for strength based circuits, incorporating multiplanar movements to ensure well-rounded strength.
Every session concludes with heart-healthy conditioning instead of mindless cardio, which can consist of anything from pushing sleds to Assault bike intervals to battle ropes.
