Item Description
The winning bidder on this item receives a private Estate tasting experience for 4 people.
Guests of Young Inglewood are treated to a behind-the-scenes tour that explains how they care for the vineyards and handcraft the wines. The visit concludes with a seated tasting of estate and winery-only wines.
Also included are 3 bottles of Estate wines:
Young Inglewood Vineyards 2018 Estate Cabernet. Young Inglewood Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a fascinating wine. Boysenberry, pie spice and chocolate espresso team up with beguiling eucalyptus, herb and floral notes. Full-bodied and richly textured on the palate this superbly balanced wine has ample fine-grained tannins and a lingering finish. Simply irresistible.
Young Inglewood Vineyards 2018 Right Bank Blend. Right Bank Blend is our homage to the right bank wines of Bordeaux. This blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec is sure to please.
Young Inglewood Vineyards 2018 Chardonnay. 2018 was a near-perfect vintage in the Napa Valley. Fruit set was plentiful and even and moderate temperatures allowed for long slow ripening. The Young Inglewood 2018 Chardonnay is a beautiful tribute to the vintage. Complex and alluring, the wine introduces itself with aromas of lemon, lime, mandarin orange and butterscotch. A study in contrasts, the wine is round and plush yet ethereally light, with a refreshing minerality and lively acidity. These qualities are elegantly supported by a touch of oak which lends intrigue to the long finish.
