Item Description
Sure, you've drunk your fair share tequila, and you've got the bad tattoo to prove it. But have you ever taken the time to savor and appreciate the depth and complexity of this mystical spirit? Can you tell a highlands from a lowlands tequila? What about the aging process? Where do you fall on Plata, Reposdao, or AƱjeo? How about French or American oak? Heavy or light char? Terroir? Joven abacado vs. 100% de agave? There's much more to consider.
Prepare for a course on the nuances of this often misunderstood and maligned distialte. Over the course of the evening, we'll explore the history, manufacturing, myths and misconceptions of tequila. Oh yeah, did we mention we'll be drinking it too? So join us for an enlightening evening of raising glasses and raising spirits and walk away with a deeper understanding of the only denomination of origin spirit in North America.
Hosted by CSB's own English teacher and tequila connoisseur Chris Corrigan, this event will take place in the winning bidder's home for up to 10 people, on a mutually agreeable date.
