Item Description
Patricia Calfee Picache's grandmother cooked this traditional Beef Stroganoff recipe for thirty years before passing it down. Five Dot Ranch beef cubes are slowly cooked in a rich gravy spiked with brandy and wine, while sliced crimini mushrooms are sauteed in rucavas baltais sviests (Latvian butter). Laced with organic sour cream, the stew is served over buttered and salted egg noodles, and is deeply comforting. Perfect for Sunday dinner or a game day gathering. Gluten-free noodles are available. Serves 4-6 people on a mutually agreed upon date.
