Recover from your workweek with Taoist yoga, which promotes deep stretching in the Chinese Chi Kung tradition, or promote healing with a session of Kundalini. Hatha yoga will get you back to the basics, while Iyengar reinforces sequence, movement, and alignment with the help of props.
No matter what you choose, Santa Monica Yoga's instructors (many of whom have been with the studio since its beginning) will ensure your practice is safe, light, and most importantly from the heart.

Auction pickup times will be sent out to winning bidders.
If the winning bidder is a current participant in an Elemental Music program, we will do our best to deliver your winning items directly to your rehearsal during the week of Feb 28.
If the item needs to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for the additional shipping charges and will be billed to your account. All items are shipped with tracking. The shipper, not Elemental Music, is responsible for successful delivery.
