This very special item features a basket of three of the finest oils for cooking, food preparation, and even skincare, as well as one 12oz. packet of protein powder, handmade by Ulli's Oil Mill.
Ulli's Oil Mill is owned by Park parent Ulrike Sitter (1st and entering K next year). Her products feature delicious fresh pressed and Austrian-style cold pressed, locally grown, and organic oils. Each oil is unfiltered, pressed in small batches on demand, and stamp pressed (truly cold pressed, no heat generated, not expeller pressed) to retain the most nutrients.
Protein Powders:
Ulli's Oils can also boast zero waste production! Milling residue is up-cycled into delicious protein powders for your morning or after-exercise health shakes. Each package contains 30% plant-based proteins. The intensive, nutty aroma is suitable for vegan and gluten-free recipes, for baking, and can also be added to your smoothie and cereal/muesli.
This gourmet basket will include guidance regarding which oils to use in which types of cooking, and how to use oils for beauty and health. All of Ulli's oils are ideal for dressings, marinades, and seasonings.
