2016 Cave Blend Napa Valley
Quite possibly our most popular red blend, the bouquet is complex. Aromadics of a blueberry basket, ginger cookie, sliced baby bella mushrooms and a shave of cocoa jump out of the glass. The flavors are pleasant showcasing flavors of muddled bing cherries, graham cracker and rhubarb with juicy acidity, balanced fruit forward and oak structure. The finish is medium lenghth with great potential for pure sipping enjoyment as well as a wide range of food pairing options. Drink now or for the next 5-8 years.

Mt Tam
An organic American original, our most popular cheese has all the lusciousness you expect from a triple cream, with a unique core that upholds its texture as it ripens. Think of it as Brie’s quirky Californian cousin, made with single-source, forage-based milk from Straus Family Creamery (Tresch Family Farm).
Pierce Point
Our limited seasonal transports you to the scents and sights of late Spring in West Marin on the Northern California Coast. Named for a ranch on the Pt Reyes National Seashore, Pierce Point starts with single-source organic cow's milk from nearby Bivalve Dairy. Each piece is rich with the aromas of the surrounding pastures.
Wagon Wheel
Born from the sunshine of California’s rolling golden hills, Wagon Wheel is our most versatile and snackable cheese. At room temperature, it’s approachable and delicious. When melted, we call it “liquid gold.” Wagon Wheel is forged from organic cow’s milk supplied by Tresch Family Farm (part of the Straus Family Creamery) and aged for a minimum of 3 months as 15-pound wheels.
