Item Description
Adoption of Kaiden, a 14-foot female tiger shark
Value: $150
Kaiden was cataloged by Charles Fasano of the Shark Research Institute in November 2019 at Honokohau Harbor, Maui, Hawaii.
Individual tiger sharks are identified by their body patterns, especially the markings along their flanks. It is thought that female tiger sharks are highly migratory so we don’t know if Kaiden will be seen and reported to us again. As result, this is considered a symbolic adoption, a Lifetime Adoption, and no annual renewal is needed. However, if a sighting of Kaiden is reported, we will notify her guardians. The winning bidder will receive an Adoption Certificate and an 8" x 10" photograph of Kaiden.
