Item Description
Free Manchester Community Center rental. A non profit organization that provides a place where residents gather to meet, work and socialize.The MCC features a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, an 800 square foot main room, plus an upstairs loft and a sitting room. The building is handicap accessible, including one of our bathrooms. Renters have access to our 6 foot folding tables, folding chairs, a small upright piano, a large projector screen, and an iPod-compatible sound system. The main room accommodates up to 100 people and the Manchester Community Center is air-conditioned!
Item Special Note
An event may be scheduled based on availability of the Center. A fully refundable deposit of $100 is required when reserving the Center. The amount will be returned if the Center is left in acceptable condition. Expires August 2020
