We ask you to present this original award certificate with a valid ID and credit card upon arrival at the hotel. This certificate has no cash value and may not be replaced if lost or stolen. It is also non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Extensions beyond the expiration date cannot be honored. The use of this award certificate is restrictive. Space is limited and blackout dates do apply. We suggest that you have several alternative dates when checking availability.
