Three (3) hours of remote or in office consultation with a C.P.A. / Principal of the firm, with such consultation focused on guiding you through the start-up of a new business.
Our firm offers prospective business owners information and guidance on starting a new business, the correct type of business entity to utilize, assistance with forming the new business entity, obtaining an EIN (Employer Identification Number) for the new business and filing certain tax elections such as Federal and State Sub-Chapter S Elections.

offered herein) with Wicks Fardella, CPAs, PC which successful bidder wishes to avail
themselves of, shall be billed to and paid by such successful bidder at a discounted rate equal to seventy percent (70%) of the firm’s standard published billing rates.
