Chef David Edens is a Troop 2 Eagle and current Professor of Nutrition and Food Science at Cal Poly Pomona. Formerly he was Department Chair of Advanced Culinary Art at the Le Cordon Bleu Los Angeles and also Culinary Director at the Art Institute of Hollywood. While Chef Edens was Head Chef at Restaurant 561 at Cordon Bleu, the restaurant was awarded the Guide Michelin’s prestigious “Bib Gourmand" acclamation.
Chef Edens has also cooked at the Restaurant Pinot Blanc Napa Valley and at the James Beard House in NYC.
Details: Winner is to provide ingredients. Chef Edens will consult with you on the menu, wine pairing, and shopping list and, with your participation, prepare a sumptuous feast for a party of 6 at your residence on a mutually-agreed date.
