The winner will receive an 3-session pack of reformer Pilates training at Centered Body Pilates.
Centered Body’s success is due to the excellence of their teachers. Each of their teachers is unique. They are not into the cookie cutter approach. Each one of them brings a different perspective to their Pilates teaching. All their teachers are certified through reputable and thorough training programs. With a background in movement and/or sports training beyond their Pilates training, our teachers specialize in different aspects of Pilates creating a dynamic and comprehensive approach. Prior to working at Centered Body, each teacher goes through a rigorous interview process and teaching audition.
Centered Body is here to help you reach your fitness goals, have your body the way you want and to have fun in the process. Their goal is that after every class you walk out feeling better than when you walked in!
