The Details:

1/17 deeded fractional ownership of a 2BR, 2.5BA townhome at Old Greenwood, Truckee. You own the 11^th week of the year and can concurrently book another 7 day and a 5 day reservation, for a minimum of 19 days a year. You can book more than 19 days as only 33% of the days are “owned”, leaving 66% of the year open to reservations based on a lottery system.

Quarterly dues are $1253, so if the minimum 19 days are booked and used, the daily calculated rate would be $1253 x 4 quarters / 19 days = $264/night. If you use more than 19 days then the calculated daily rate drops lower.
