Item Description
Postcard depicts slightly raised Halloween scene with black cat and message is written in pencil. Letter to "Dear Nephew" and signed from "Aunt Betsy. Circa 1909 per appraisal and has a one cent stamp on it so likely sent early 20th century.
The Morains were neighbors of the donors and Mr. Morain was a senior senior then.
Very nice collectible.

Ellen Clapsaddle was a renowned designer of postcards. This card is embossed, and printed by lithographers in Germany.
