Item Description
Brunch and Dosa-Making/Tasting Workshop
Join extraordinary South Indian cook and food lover (and NAMI walker) Vidhu Nambiar at the home of the Koblers in West Roxbury for a brunch and cooking lesson featuring home-cooked South Indian delicacies. Learn how to make the DOSA, a staple breakfast food in South India. The dosa is a deliciously crispy, crepe-like pancake that is fried and then stuffed with potato curries and/or chutneys. It is not so easy to cook a perfect dosa! Also on the menu will be idlis and other vegetarian dishes ranging from mild to spicy to sweet. For beverages take your choice of a mango lassi or a not-so-Indian MIMOSA.
Date: Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 12:00 pm.
For up to 8 people (i.e. top 8 bidders will win).
Bidding price is per plate
