Located in the city of Chippewa Falls, WI, the Irvine Park Zoo is a 318-acre public park that is home to tigers, bobcats, cougars, black bears, deer, bison, and other wildlife.

Irvine Park was established in 1906, and provides the citizens and visitors of the Chippewa Valley with quality opportunities for recreation and education. This free park offers a unique blend of activities and encounters with the natural world. We believe these encounters contribute to the wellbeing and enrich the lives of thousands from all economic levels.

The bear exhibit was built in 1909 and the cat exhibit in 1971. Construction of the 5,200 square foot bear exhibit was completed in Spring 2005 and the cougar exhibit in 2008, bobcats in 2009.

This rare and exclusive "behind-the-scenes" tour of Irvine Park Zoo is good for up to 10 people. What a unique way to learn and explore one of the jewels of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin...creating memories that will last a lifetime.

The Gift Certificate for the tour is not redeemable for cash. The tour must happen between Memorial Day and Labor Day 2018, and advance reservations are required. Tour timing recommendations are Tuesday (preferred), Wednesday, or Thursday at 11 am.  Expires August 30, 2018.   Call to schedule.

Item Special Note

The gift certificate and framed photograph can be mailed, but shipping and handling costs must be paid for separately from the auction bid. The photo frame does have glass so the shipment must be insured. Although the best possible care will be taken to ensure the glass doesn't break, the Heyde Center will not take responsibility for broken glass that occurs during mailing.
