Item Description
Josh and Ashley started Blaeser Farms because they wanted to create a sustainable farm business with the grass-fed beef they raise. They knew people were looking for locally raised grass-fed beef and that they could meet this need. Indeed they have. In two years, Blaeser Farms has grown from selling a handful of animals a year to a small farmers-market operation that supplies grass-fed beef to customers in Wisconsin year-round.
During this time of growth, Blaeser Farms has stayed true to the tenets on which it was founded: sustainability and accountability. Their pasture-raised cows are healthier, calmer, and better balanced nutritionally than their unnaturally confined counterparts.
The Blaesers feel obligated to share what they learn as they hone their farming practices. They hold community family events and spearhead conversations to help support other meat producers. Both are educators who want to teach children where their food comes from and how it is raised. Interacting with the animals is the best way to do that. By offering high quality, 100% grass-fed beef at an affordable price, Blaeser Farms has created a transparent way to ensure that grass-fed beef continues to flourish as an industry.
This auction item includes a gift certificate for grass-fed beef products consisting of 2 pounds of hamburger, 2 New York Strips, and 2 Ribeye steaks.
Item Special Note
