Camp Quinebarge
Since 1936, Camp Quinebarge has fostered an environment for up to 100 boys and girls to learn about the great outdoors, engage in new activities and make friendships that last a lifetime. Quinebarge is a traditional camp in every respect, it is a place to disconnect and focus on having fun and trying new activities.
Quinebarge campers select from over twenty regular activities including horseback riding, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, field sports, archery, tennis, adventure wall, high and low ropes courses, zip line, arts and crafts, wood shop, ceramics, environment and so much more.
We offer an active trips program which includes hiking in the nearby White Mountains, canoeing, overnight trips and weekly all-camp trips to local swimming holes, beaches, and an annual white water rafting trip.
Our evenings are filled with camp fires, singing and skit nights, socials, all-camp capture the flag and lots of other activities. Campers also have daily free swim and plenty of time with their cabin mates and friends. Quinebarge also offers its very own Monkeytown, USA, complete with its own mayor, money, Olympics and Monkeytown Carnivals.
Camp Quinebarge sits on over 65 acres of idyllic forest and more that 1,250 feet of pristine and picturesque Lake Kanasatka. Campers live in clean but rustic screened camper cabins with at lest one counselor and a counselor in training and six to eight campers.
We believe summer is a time to play and be with friends. Quinebarge focuses on the enjoyment of the activity over competition and making memories that will last a lifetime.
