Item Description
Enjoy the sound of the waves and feel the breeze on your skin during this Group Outdoor Yoga Session at Half Moon Bay's Poplar Beach. This gentle Hatha based yoga class will work for all levels. Experienced Peninsula-based yoga teacher Christine Salah will begin with slow flowing and gentle movements to allow a natural opening of the spine. The focus of the class will be on opening the hip flexors, hamstrings and hips, and also strengthening the core. The class will help bring greater openness, strength and sense of connection to your spine and your breath.
After the class, meet your fellow yogis and enjoy the view while you munch on a healthy plant-based snack spread provided by HEAL Project Board Member Kerry Bitner.
Winner bidders will receive directions to specific location in advance. Participants should bring a yoga mat or beach towel and sunscreen but also be prepared for possible cool, foggy weather.
There are 12 spots available for this class, to be purchased individually for a set price of $50 per person.
