After 25 years in the Heart of Greenwich Village, Abigail?s Kitchen moved to the Lower East Side at 193 Henry Street in June of 2022. Abigail?s Kitchen is a combination cooking school, event space, and host to the only Dinners in the Dark (blindfolded dinners) in NYC. Chef-owner Abigail Hitchcock transformed her French-American bistro, Camaje, into Abigail?s Kitchen in 2019 in order to follow her passion for teaching and bringing people together over great food and drinks!
