The mission of the Petersen Automative Museum is to explore and present the history of the automobile and its impact on American life and culture. We are excited to welcome visitors to the world's premier car museum, featuring 25 galleries including the breathtaking exhibit, "Best in Low: Lowrider Icons of the Street and Show," "Cars Are Beautiful: Mr. Brainwash @ the Petersen," "Super/Hyper The Ultimate Automobiles"... -all of which are housed within our spectacular structure that communicates speed and motion. These galleries provide a unique, in-depth experience that is interactive, educational, and entertaining for all visitors - from long-time automotive enthusiasts to families seeking a fun experience.
