The oval chakra stone fits perfectly in your hand or pocket and is stacked with amethyst, lapis lazuli, sodalite, green aventurine, tiger eye, yellow jade and red jasper. Then capture your thoughts in the slim hardcover journal. To complete the set, the chakra bracelet, made of gemstones and lava stones, reminds you to keep things in balance wherever you go.
