There is a connection to the land and sea that surround us here in Chatham. The grounding of the land and the serenity and tumult of the sea.
I am in awe of the magnificent creatures of our local waters. The clams, oysters, cod, and Great White sharks. Predator and prey interplay across the whale, they intermingle among the sea kelp. I am fascinated by their fragility and ferocity. The diversity of creatures and admire the standing they take in our lives.
On the opposite side is a plethora of golden hydrangeas. From my perspective they are quintessential Chatham. The rows of hydrangeas blooming welcomes in the warm weather, the soft ocean breeze & brings home so many wonderful friends.
