Welcome to our HESBY CELEBRATES Online Auction!

This year, our goal is to raise the funds in order to secure Ms. Gittins, our counselor, full time again next year! Let's get together, bid high and bid often, and make it happen!

On this platform, we are auctioning off many wonderful and exciting items to benefit our Los Angeles Unified School District public school, Hesby Oaks Leadership Charter.

There is something for everyone on our online silent auction that opens Friday, March 28th at 8:00 am and closes Saturday, April 5th at 10:00pm...don't miss out!

PLEASE NOTE: This is different than the silent auction at our IN PERSON Cantina NIGHT on April 5th at Sagebrush Cantina.You will be able to bid on exclusive items at Cantina Night-and preview them here on the online auction. Get your tickets to Cantina Night below- ticket sales close March 31st at 5pm.

SHIPPING, PICK UP AND OTHER SPECIAL NOTES for Winning Bids:

LOCAL PICKUP will happen at HESBY OAKS LEADERSHIP CHARTER (15530 Hesby Street, Encino, California 91436). Items that CANNOT be shipped due to size or the location of the business providing the services will be noted in the listing.

Hesby Oaks parents, we ask that you take advantage of the pick-up below.

Pickup dates will be April 9, 10, 11 2025 at both drop off from 7:30-8:00am and pick up from 2:15 pm-3:00pm. The 11th is a minimum day, 7:30am-8:00am and 12:15pm-12:45pm.

If you cannot make the pick up date and times, please contact hesbygala@gmail.com to arrange an alternative time. Any items not picked up by April 30th by 2:20 pm will be forfeited.

SHIPPING of non-paper items will be paid by buyer. Actual shipping cost, including the cost to pack an item will be added to final sale price when item is shipped. Insurance will be added to items with a value above $100 at additional cost, if shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided for shipped packages upon request.

MAILING GIFT CERTIFICATES We will mail certificates and gift cards to the winning bidder via USPS (WITHOUT tracking) where the individual value is below $100. If a bidder wins several items they will be mailed together.

We have done our best to represent all items accurately and give the bidders as much information as provided to us by the original donors. We regret any typographical errors and do our best to rectify any problems caused by them.

Items are sold as is. No exchanges and no returns unless specifically noted on an item that the original donor will allow this.

Hesby Celebrates presents Cantina Night! Save the date for April 5th! Enjoy an open bar, dancing, buffet, wine pull, and entertainment. MOST IMPORTANTLY, get ready to BID BIG, WIN, and SUPPORT HESBY!

It's on Saturday, April 5th from 6pm-10pm. There will also be special HOT TICKET items that can't be bid on unless you're with us at Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas, dancing the night away! Our very own Hesby Dad, DJ Austin, will be providing music!

Don't wait! It'll be the event of the year!

WESTERN INSPIRED ATTIRE: could include things like cowboy boots, cowboy hats, string ties, turquoise jewelry, snap button shirts and of course - denim. You get the picture!
