OUR CAUSE
Northwestern Mutual proudly supports the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. The foundation's tagline is "Fighting childhood cancer, one cup at a time" and that's just what we're doing. If you see a lemonade stand hosted by Northwestern Mutual employees, the money raised is donated to find a cure for childhood cancer. Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) is changing the lives of children with cancer by funding impactful research, raising awareness, supporting families and empowering everyone to help cure childhood cancer.

North Hills Country Club in Menomonee Falls, WI is where this wonderful event will take place on June 24, 2024. Join us in fighting childhood cancer by treating your top clients to a round of golf, bidding on silent auction items, becoming an event sponsor, donating money to a great cause or donating silent auction items. There are so many ways to help out and make an impact.

Jonah Vogedes
Jonah a was diagnosed with T-cell ALL two weeks before his 4th birthday. He is currently being treated at Children?s Hospital with several types of chemotherapies. His treatment requires multiple spinal taps, blood transfusions, bone marrow biopsies and physical therapy.
Due to weight loss, Jonah has to have a G-tube feeding tube. This helps with the loss of appetite and nausea caused by the chemo. Jonah calls it his Gas tank since it helps him fuel up!
His treatment is expected to last over 3 years.
Jonah lives in Milwaukee with his parents Jerome and Rachel and 9 year old sister Jillian.
Jonah loves the Milwaukee Public Museum, bug hunting, sting rays and rock music. Kiss is his favorite band and he embraced his hair loss with a rock n roll mohawk!!
